As with our cold rooms, our freezer units are manufactured to the same quality, this time increasing the wall thickness and including floor panels for absolute temperature control. We manufacture our freezers to our customers specific requirements, as well as numerous combination units of both Cold and Freezer Rooms, catering to both the food retail industry and the restaurant sector. We also produce blast freezers for fast freezing or for circumstances where a rapid drop in temperature is required.
The main difference between using either a polyurethane core as opposed to polystyrene as the insulating factor, is that polyurethane has a higher insulating factor for the same wall thickness. This may become a factor where one is limited to a specific size or space for a particular installation.
